1. Service description

Decision Gate Review is a written verdict on a single decision submitted by you (“Client”). The service is delivered as a written document or written message.

2. What this is not

This service is not consulting, coaching, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or ongoing support. There are no calls, meetings, or follow-up discussions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Client responsibility

You are the final decision maker. You accept full responsibility for any actions you take or do not take, including outcomes resulting from acting on or ignoring the verdict.

4. Eligibility and refusal

We may refuse any submission for any reason, including lack of clarity, missing deadline, lack of stakes, or mismatch with service scope. If payment has been made and we refuse the submission before delivery, we will refund the payment.

5. Delivery window

Delivery timing is based on the option selected at purchase (for example, 72-hour or 24-hour). Timing begins after payment is confirmed and any required intake information is received.

6. Fees and refunds

Fees are due in advance. Once the verdict has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. If we fail to deliver within the promised window without prior written agreement, you may request a full refund.

7. No guarantees

You understand that judgment is not certainty. We do not guarantee outcomes, performance, revenue, results, or that any decision will succeed.

8. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our methods, frameworks, and templates. You own the specific facts you provide and may use the delivered verdict internally for your own decisions. You may not resell, repackage, or represent the verdict as a licensed product.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat your submission and materials as confidential and will not publicly disclose them without your permission, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decision Gate Review and its operator(s) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific verdict.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date will change when updates are made.
